President Muhammadu Buhari’s wife, Aisha Buhari has admonished Nigerian mothers to raise children who will become productive for the growth of the nation.
The First Lady is quoted to have said this while receiving a courtesy visit by wives of state governors on Monday, June 7 at the Presidential Villa, Abuja. According to her, women have an important role in promoting national cohesion and development.

Aisha in the statement which is made available to newsmen by her Special Assistant on Media and Publicity, Aliyu Abdullahi, pointed out that the nation is in dare need of patriotic, conscientious and productive citizens who will rally around a common vision of a great Nigeria and work together to achieve this vision.
