There was drama at the Kogi state university recently as a staff of the institution forcefully shaved hair of male students with scissors.
In a video circulating online, the staff could be seen in a car which he drove round campus, cutting male student’s hair with scissors.

He could be seen calling young men and stopping to cut off part of their hairs.
