Faith Academy is a network of secondary schools founded by Bishop David Oyedepo of the Living Faith Church, otherwise known as Winners’ Chapel.

However, the Monday morning abduction at the Bethel school and attempted attack at Faith Academy came barely 24 hours after suspected bandits raided the staff quarters of the National Tuberculosis and Leprosy Centre, Zaria, and reportedly abducted some babies and nursing mothers.
