The politicians who have identified as top appointees of the Executive Governor of Anambra State, His Excellency, Chief Dr. Willie Obiano have been accused of constructing shops in F-Line (Ime Afia), Nkwo Nnewi Market.
According to reports gathered by Anaedoonline.ng, the appointees of the Governor in the guise that they are constructing accessible road to the market, started erecting shops.
The construction of the shops which have triggered negative public reactions is said to be built without the knowledge and approval of Governor Willie Obiano.
A reliable source informed Anaedoonline.ng the appointees who are sons of Nnewi are building the shops as part of preparation for their possible retirement from government next year.
Although the ongoing construction of the shops has been met with stiff resistance from Nzuko-Ora Nnewi, and Uruagu Nnewi Community, the appointees are hell-bent on continuing with the project. The shops is said to be constructed in the part of the market designed to be an access road.
