Endi Ezengwa is also the Chief Executive Officer of Kiara College, Innoson Kiara Academy, Kiara De-Luke Academy, and Kiara Gambia – Technical Vocational Education and Training (TVET) institutions that aim to bridge the gap between educational institutions and the industry in Africa using its Education for Employment (E4E) programs.
As a social entrepreneur with expertise in human resource development, Endi Ezengwa brought home the Kiara Academy, using his vast international exposure to facilitate partnerships between International Development Partners and various States in Nigeria.
Endi Ndubuisi Ezengwa has always championed the theme Southeast Nigeria: An untapped Investment Hub of the Next Decade. He does not just champion the cause, he leads with examples partnering with companies to establish Kiara College in the various South East States.
