Prof. Kingsley Moghalu Projected to Win 2023 Presidential Election

Former Deputy Governor of Central Bank of Nigeria, Prof. Kingsley Moghalu has been touted and projected as the most likely winner of 2023 presidential election according to forecasts and polls conducted by Silverbird TV.

Prof. Moghalu who was the Presidential Candidate of Young Progressive Party (YPP) in the 2019 Presidential election, won the poll with 36,720 votes beating his close rival, the Executive Governor of Kogi State, Yahaya Bello, who polled 31,319 votes.

The Silvebird forecast tips Kingsley Moghalu as very likely to beat the likes of former President Goodluck Jonathan, former Vice President, Atiku Abubakar, former Senate President, David Mark, Senator Ike Ekweremadu, Governor Bala Mohammed, Governor Nasir El Rufai, Vice President, Yemi Osibanjo, Peter Obi, Bola Tinubu, Rabiu Kwankwanso, and others, rating him at around 37 percent in terms of winning the election.

Kingsley Moghalu who announced his intention to run for 2023 presidential election on June 1, 2021, recently joined African Democratic Congress (ADC) party last month.

Kingsley Chiedu Moghalu is a political economist, lawyer, and former United Nations official. He served as Deputy Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria, appointed by President Umaru Musa Yar’Adua, from 2009 to 2014.
