Two undergraduate students of the great Nnamdi Azikiwe University, suspected to be lovers, have reportedly died in a locked private apartment within the school’s neighbourhood.
It was gathered that the room, where the duo were found, was oozing, leading to the forceful breaking of the door by the neighbours who suspected that something might be wrong, as they had not seen the younger neighbour for some time.

A source claimed the two were involved in a fight that claimed the life of the girl before the boy took his own life too, after realising the girl is no more.
Meanwhile, the police spokesman in Anambra, DSP Ikenga Tochukwu, debunked the initial claim of a possible scuffle between the young “couple”, stating that the incident could have been caused by generator fumes; nevertheless, according to him, the real cause of the death will be known after autopsy, as investigation continues.
