TEN INDISPUTABLE SECRETS ABOUT OUTGOING SENATOR, IFEANYI UBAH THE WORLD MUST BE AWARE OF – PART ONE.

By Ezeani Chukwunonso Elvis

1. The property He calls “My House” on 9B Katsina Ala Street, Maitama on the same street with the inspector general of police; opposite the headquarters of PTAD doesn’t belong to Him. He is just a tenant. There is a government report to that effect and He is hereby challenged to prove this to be wrong.

2. He is the current single highest individual debtor in Nigeria; a lead He has maintained back to back on the league table for over 10 years according to reports from AMCON, DSS, the Central Bank and the EFCC. The company via which the loans were channeled was never known to be a blue chip in any sector of the Nigerian economy where it featured. Where did the cash go?

3. Due to His refusal to cooperate with AMCON, the AMCON Act was modified and for the first time in the history of Nigeria, backdated to give stronger constitutional powers to AMCON in view of the implication of His humongous debt on the Nigerian economy – as a result, over 85% of His real estate and other trading assets around the world have been confiscated by the collective effort of Nigerian banks and the FG via AMCON, INTERPOL and DSS. Others are presently subject to litigation in court with creditors like Gabros.

4. He offered to build the Nnewi cathedral but due to financial incapacity, stopped abruptly. To protect the integrity of the church, the diocese took back the project secretly but kept Him abreast of expenses made for which He pledged to refund the church in the future. Over N350M has been spent so far and the Mr. Ubah’s equity is less than 15%. No one is above distress but why claim all the progress on a project and downplay the efforts of others?

5. Further to SECRET FOUR, records from the Bishopric indicate that currently, Ifeanyi Ubah is owing the Nnewi Catholic Diocese N240M. This is the total amount the diocese via the office of the Bishop spent to cover the shame of Ifeanyi Ubah by building the cathedral itself for which He promised to refund. Now that the diocese has set up a proper project committee to galvanize resources to do the needful, the committee has shown interest in this N240M debt.

6. His bills in the senate are plenty in numbers, heavy in words, lengthy in content but EMPTY in local impact hence, Ndi Nnewi have resolved to replace Him with a more productive candidate with a potential to take the duties of lawmaking and constituency projects seriously devoid of grandstanding.

7. He cleared all His papers as an adult student when He wrote NECO by “Himself” near Ajegunle, Lagos. While we challenge Him to provide a group photo of Himself in school uniform along with His classmates as other graduating students, we note that when He also registered as an adult student for a degree in law and took computer based tests and exams at Baze University, He graduated with a second class lower degree in law. Who is deceiving who?

8. He is at war with everyone and everything over His refusal to honor agreements related to money. He has fought and attempted to blackmail 23 Nigerian banks and is now fighting AMCON. He has fought Coscharis, Uju Ifejika, Jay Jay Okocha and Innoson. At different times, He badmouthed Emma Bishop, Dangote, Otedola, Ibeto and recently, the Roman Catholic Church – all; over money issues. Ndi Nnewi have resolved to send Him to WWE Raw to formally start a career in professional wrestling.

9. Till date, He has refused to compensate the people of Ozubulu for their lands He appropriated to build a now failed football club, football academy, private university, 5 star hotel, mega shopping mall e.t.c. Now that these enterprises are dead, buried and rotten; Mr. Ubah should call a meeting and return the land to its rightful owners and sign an undertaking to be of good conduct ever after.
