APC Crisis: Buni Dispels Rumours Of Akpanudoedehe’s Sack

Mai Mala Buni, the All Progressives Congress (APC) Caretaker Chairman and Yobe State Governor, debunked rumors that the caretaker committee’s secretary, John Akpanudoedehe, had been fired on Friday.

According to sources, Akpanudoedehe was fired as the Extraordinary Convention Planning Committee’s National Secretary (CECPC).

According to rumors circulating, Akpanudoedehe was fired by a majority of the committee members on Tuesday, March 8, 2022.

According to another story, the party’s scribe received a vote of no confidence in a notice signed by 10 of the committee’s 12 members.

Buni denied the story of Akpamudoedehe’s removal in a statement made on Friday.
