#JusticeForDavidImoh: Four Arrested Over Killing Of Sound Engineer In Lagos

Four persons have been detained in connection with the death of sound engineer David Imoh by the Lagos State Police Command.

SP Benjamin Hundeyin, the Command’s Spokesperson, confirmed the development to Channels Television on Sunday.

Hudeyin said, “The victim is David Sunday Imoh, aged 38. The incident occurred on Thursday, May 12, 2022.

“Four persons have been arrested. A manhunt for the fifth person is ongoing and investigation is still on.”

Imoh’s death was reported on the social media network Twitter, prompting the declaration.

On Sunday, the hashtag #JusticeForDave was trending on Twitter, with users calling for an inquiry into the homicide and for justice to be served.

Imoh was slain by a crowd, according to many accounts and footage on Twitter.

The tragic tragedy occurred in the state’s Oniru region.

David had a heated dispute with a commercial biker known as Okada, which culminated in a brawl that ultimately devolved into additional Okada riders attacking David and his pals.
