According to reports, Russian President Vladimir Putin has been told he only has three to five years to live, as the country’s intelligence sources become increasingly concerned about their sick leader.

According to the Daily Mail, an FSB official classified Putin’s condition as a “severe kind of quickly advancing cancer” as speculation grew that he was suffering from a major illness during the invasion of Ukraine.

According to the Mirror, the wartime leader has ‘little more than two to three years’ remaining. He is reportedly losing his sight.

A covert transmission from a Russian spy to fugitive and former FSB agent Boris Karpichkov revealed the Russian leader’s grave condition.

Putin is refusing to wear glasses because of fear of admitting a weakness, according to the letter, and is now lashing out at his subordinates with ‘uncontrolled wrath.’

The revelation comes as reports of his poor health continue to seep out of Russia via a Telegram group claiming to have insider information from the Kremlin.

According to Telegram channel General SVR, Putin underwent’successful’ cancer surgery this month and is recovering after doctors advised him that treatment was ‘necessary.’

The story broke just hours before Putin appeared on state television in Sochi to meet with ally Alexander Lukashenko, when he was seen on video uncomfortably twisting his feet as the two sat down for discussions.

It’s the second time Putin has been caught on video making the strange movement, which was seen on camera at a meeting with Tajikistan’s president a week ago and comes amid speculation that he has Parkinson’s disease.

During his discussion with Putin, Emomali Rahmon appeared to notice the movement and glanced at Putin’s feet, but did not bring it up in conversation.

After Putin was observed shaking his arm and led before another meeting with Lukashenko on February 18, critics speculated that the twisting action may be an effort to hide the type of involuntary twitches produced by Parkinson’s disease.

Since then, he’s been observed clutching the arms of chairs and the corners of tables in what some suspect is an attempt to restrain himself.

Other spies have alluded to the strongman’s ill health, warning that he was unable to concentrate for lengthy periods of time without taking ‘therapy’ pauses.

As reports of a new Kremlin succession plan continue to circulate, Christopher Steele, a former MI6 Russia desk officer, said that Putin was continuously checked and accompanied by a team of medics.

Putin’s health has been a topic of conversation for at least two years, when he was claimed to be suffering from Parkinson’s disease and cancer, but it has resurfaced in the aftermath of his invasion of Ukraine.

The Kremlin has not responded to the current reports about Putin’s illness, although he has previously denied that he is unwell.

General SVR wrote last week: ‘On the night of Monday May 16 to Tuesday May 17, Russian President Vladimir Putin underwent a surgical operation.

‘We have already talked about the fact that Putin was personally absent from the information space from May 17 to May 19 and was not available even to his inner circle, with the exception of Nikolai Patrushev, Secretary of the Security Council of the Russian Federation.
