Fulani Attack: DJ Switch Speaks From ‘Exile’ Over Ondo Church Attack

Obianuju Cathrine, also known as DJ Switch, a Nigerian female disc jockey, has reacted to the slaughter at a Catholic church in Owo, Ondo State.

DJ Switch, who was an active demonstrator during the popular #EndSARS and Lekki shooting episodes, said the scenes from the Ondo assault are tragic in a message uploaded on the microblogging network Twitter.

DJ Switch believes Nigeria is a failed experiment, and he is concerned about how families wake up, worship, and die.

According to DJ Switch, the killings at Catholic churches in Owo and other areas of the country are political, with the suspect Fulani herdsmen engaged in such operations for political purposes.

She tweeted: “Scenes from the Ondo shooting is so devastating! I feel sick! Families woke up, went to worship and just died, for nothing! Nigeria is a failed experiment at this point! These killings are political in my view because why?”

Recall that DJ Switch has been in exile for some time now, over the role she played during the Lekki Massacre in October 2020.
