BREAKING: Federal High Court Rejects Nnamdi Kanu’s Bail Application

The bid for release by Nnamdi Kanu, the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, or IPOB, failed.

Kanu’s bid for bail was denied by Abuja Federal High Court Justice Binta Nyako.

The IPOB leader asked the court’s approval to overturn the previous decision cancelling his bail.

In her decision on Tuesday, Justice Binta Nyako determined that Kanu had not shown enough justification for the court to vacate its judgment.

As a result, she denied the application on the grounds that it was an abuse of the legal system.
