Just In: The Oyo Assembly Cannot Remove Deputy Governor Olaniyan Due To Court Order

Deputy Governor Raufu Olaniyan was prevented from being removed from office this morning by the OYO State High Court, presided over by Justice Oladiran Akintola.
The Assembly is required to halt any removal process they may want to start until the court makes a ruling.

The Assembly is scheduled to read Olaniyan’s response to their charge this morning, according to reliable information from ANAEDOONLINE.

The Court adjourned the case till Tuesday, July 5, 2022 for continuation of hearing.
