LATEST: Again, Federal High Court Denies Abba Kyari Bail

DCP Abba Kyari, the suspended deputy commissioner of police, has once more been denied admission to bail by Justice Emeka Nwite of the Federal High Court in Abuja.

Kyari, who is being tried by the Federal Government for allegedly committing narcotics trafficking offenses, will continue to be detained at Kuje jail while his case is being heard.

The reasons given for the bail request had already been covered in the preceding application, according to Justice Nwite, who denied it.

The judge then set the trial’s resumption for October 19, 20, and 21.
