The Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU), the governing council of universities, and vice chancellors are expected to meet on Wednesday to discuss the ongoing strike.
The meeting has been scheduled for Wednesday, September 14, 2022, according to Newsmen.

Recall that the President Muhammadu Buhari-led government met with the vice-chancellors, pro-chancellors, and management of federal universities on September 6th to discuss the ongoing strike.
