Femi Fani-Kayode, the former minister of aviation in the Goodluck Jonathan government, has criticized Peter Obi, the nominee of the Labour Party (LP).

This comes after Peter Obi traveled on a private jet to meet with Aminu Ado Bayero, the Emir of Kano, on Saturday. He was accompanied by the party’s vice presidential candidate, Yusuf Baba-Ahmed.

They discussed a number of topics, including the recent flooding in the north and the fire incident in a Kano market, among others, according to Obi, who posted pictures of the visit on his Twitter page.

Femi Kayode called Peter Obi out for using a private plane after he went public with his denial of leading such a lifestyle in response to the tweets, nevertheless, on his Instagram.

Sharing the video of the LP presidential candidate stepping down on a plane, Femi captioned it; ”I don’t fly private jet. I don’t even stay in first class. I hate flamboyant life.”- Peter Obi.
