On Sunday, supporters of Babajide Sanwo-Olu, the governor of Lagos State, and Bola Tinubu, the APC’s presidential candidate, organized a 5-million-person march through Lagos State.
Musiliu Akinsanya, also known as MC Oluomo, the chairman of the Lagos State Parks and Garages Management Committee, led various groups on the stroll despite the early-morning Sunday downpours.
A sizable crowd of fans gathered at Teslim Stadium and National Stadium, Surulere, for the rally that MC Oluomo sponsored.

Nollywood celebrities, including Saidi Balogun, were present at the demonstration staged in advance of the 2023 general elections.
Some Nollywood celebrities used variously colored badges bearing the names Tinubu and Sanwo-Olu.
Residents and attendees were kept safe by security organizations like the Nigerian Police, the Department of State Service, the Lagos Neighborhood Safety Corps, and several more.
MC Oluomo revealed that the state’s APC chieftains and stakeholders have given their consent for the rally to go through as planned.
The “Mother of All Rallies” rally will begin at Teslim Balogun Stadium in the Surulere Local Government Area of the State and travel via Funsho Williams Avenue before coming to an end in the Bolade Oshodi neighborhood of Lagos State.

According to MC Oluomo, “This is a mega rally, we are shutting Lagos down for Asiwaju Tinubu and Sanwo-Olu.
“This is to show our support, strength and capacity for APC candidates because they are the best for the job at hand.”
