Buhari praised the Atlas Lions for their skill and teamwork, while also stressing that this would not have been possible without the Moroccan authorities’ excellent involvement in assembling a powerful team.

Morocco overcame Portugal 1-0 in the World Cup quarterfinals last weekend.

The North Africans will now face France in Wednesday’s World Cup semi-final match.
