JUST IN: Court Overturned Ekweremadu’s Property’s Temporary Forfeiture Order

The interim forfeiture order granted on Ike Ekweremadu’s property as the former deputy senate president was overturned by a Federal High Court in Abuja.

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission lied when it requested an interim forfeiture of the assets, according to the presiding judge’s Friday ruling.
