The West Africa biggest automobile market has been put under lock and key so marketers and customers and go and pick their permanent voters card (PVC) ahead of the 2023 general elections.
According to our correspondence, the market which consists of the famous Motorcycle spare parts, Motor spare parts and the F-line were locked after resolution with the market leaders, to help give enough time for their members to collect their PVC to enable them vote in this years general elections.
