With six days until the presidential election, Bishop David Oyedepo, founder of Living Faith Church, has urged Nigerians to vote for leaders with capacity and character.

Bishop Oyedepo urged Nigerians to vote wisely in the upcoming 2023 elections, which begin on Saturday.

On Sunday, he delivered a sermon at the church’s headquarters in Ota, Ogun State.

Oyedepo, on the other hand, warned politicians that Nigeria is not for sale.

Stressing that he wants Nigeria to be peaceful and stable, Oyedepo said: “We are not an entity or property, we’re a people and we are not for sale.

“You do not need to be a billionaire to be a president; you need capacity, you need character and we have them in every part of the country, everyone is free to join a party, but if you do not join the wellbeing of this nation, you are in problem.

“This week is decisive, so vote wisely. Vote for a leader with capacity and character.”

Over ten presidential contenders will vie for the presidency of Nigeria when voters go to the polls on Saturday.
