Nigeria Decides: Peter Obi Defeats Tinubu, Atiku in David Mark’s Polling Unit

Peter Obi, the presidential candidate of the Labour Party (LP), has won the polling units of former Senate President David Mark, which are located in the VIP Unit One with the GRA Otukpo in Benue State.

Obi received 178 votes, while Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu of the All Progressives Congress (APC) received 22 votes and Atiku Abubakar of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) received 18.

After the results were announced, the chant “Obi! Obi!!” filled the air as many young people flocked to the streets to celebrate.

In a similar development, Obi has won the first Pulling Unit to be proclaimed in the Aso Rock, Abuja neighborhood.

At PU 131, one of several units around the premises, the former Anambra governor received 17 votes, defeating Tinubu, who received six votes, and Atiku, who received three votes.
