Chief Ochudo Martin Agbaso has chosen the Labour Party Nomination Form to run for Imo State Governor in 2024.
He appears to be the Labour Party’s candidate for the Gubernatorial election that will take place later in 2024.
According to records, Martins Agbaso won the 2007 governorship election in Imo State on the APGA platform, but the election was annulled by Prof. Maurice Iwu, the INEC Chairman at the time. Chief Ikedi Ohakim was somehow corrupted and declared the winner by INEC.

It is anticipated that the 2024 Imo State Gubernatorial election will be contested among Hope Uzodimma of All Progressives Congress (APC), People’s Democratic Party (PDP) and Martin Agbaso of Labour Party with others that may likely pick LP Forms to contest primaries.
