Breaking: Police Frees Vice Chairman Of APC In Edo

Emperor Jarret Tenebe, the vice chairman of the Edo State All Progressives Congress (APC), who was detained by the state’s police in the early hours of Thursday, has been released.

The State Commissioner of Police learned that Tenebe had been freed from police custody at around 10:30 am on Thursday, the 16th.

“APC Deputy State Chairman Emperor Jarret Tenebe, who was detained early this morning by Edo State deputy Governor Comrade Philip Shaibu, has just been released about 10:30 am today, 16 March 2023,” the state treasurer of the APC stated in a statement announcing the release.
