Presidential Tribunal: ‘You Will Come Out Crying’ – Fani-Kayode To Peter Obi

Former Aviation Minister, Femi Fani-Kayode, has called the Labour Party (LP) presidential candidate, Peter Obi court ,’s challenge challenging President-elect Bola Tinubu’s election as a farce.

According to news reports, Peter Obi and LP filed their suit on Tuesday, naming the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), Bola Tinubu, Shettima Kashim (vice president-elect), and their party, the All Progressives Party (APC), as respondents.

Obi has called for a new presidential election to be held in 2023.

This is in response to Obi’s appeal that the Presidential Election Petition Court (PEPC) cancel the February 25 polls and order a fresh one.

But, Fani-Kayode branded the court case as a “joke of the century” and predicted that followers of the LP, dubbed “Obidients,” would burst into tears.

The All Progressives Congress (APC) leader also criticized the ‘Obidients’ for failing to win any state in the recent governorship election.

He said: “Dear Obidients, hear this and eat it: your Obidient bubble has burst forever. From now on it is downhill for you. You are now in political oblivion and you will remain there.

“Your hateful and divisive disposition and cause and your religious and ethnic bigotry have destroyed you.

“As for your court case challenging Asiwaju, it is the joke of the century. It’s not going anywhere and you will come out crying.

“We shall spank you hard there and flush you down the toilet just as we have done in all the elections.”
