Bayo Onanuga, the Tinubu/Shettima Presidential Campaign Council’s Director of Media and Publicity, has responded to people who have referred to President-elect Bola Ahmed Tinubu as a drug dealer.
Onanuga, in a tweet on Sunday, warned individuals spreading rumors about the former Lagos Governor being a drug dealer that they would face the full wrath of the law.
According to news reports, the trend began just days after the presidential candidate of the Labour Party (LP), Peter Obi, submitted his petition on Tuesday to dispute Tinubu’s victory in the 25 February poll.

According to Newsmen, Obi claimed in his suit that the election was marred by many anomalies, including the non-qualification of the APC candidate.
Tinubu’s forfeiture of funds to the US government over a drug trafficking charge, he claims, is evidence that the former Lagos State governor committed infractions that should preclude him from running for office in Nigeria.
Reacting to those tweeting the Hashtags, Bayo said: “All those sons of bitches tweeting the hashtags #TinubuTheDrugDealer and #TinubuForPrison, your days are numbered. One day, you will face the wrath of law and God for tweeting malicious falsehood about Nigeria’s President-Elect.”
