Deepen Engagement With Labour Party – Atiku Mandates PDP Members

According to Osita Chidoka, a Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) official, the party’s presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar, has asked members to expand their involvement with the Labour Party (LP).

According to news reports, Atiku and LP presidential candidate, Peter Obi, who finished second and third in the recently ended election, respectively, are contesting the victory of All Progressives Congress (APC) candidate, Bola Tinubu, in court.

They both claimed to have won the race and pointed out inconsistencies in results transmission during the election.

But, in a social media post on Wednesday, March 29, Chidoka stated that Atiku requested that PDP members strengthen their engagements with LP.

He said, “At 8 am today I met with Atiku Abubakar and he asked that we deepen our engagement with LP”

On Wednesday evening, the former aviation minister met with the former governor of Anambra State in his office.
