Nine Kidnapping Victims Are Freed By Police In Zamfara

According to the Zamfara State Police Command, nine individuals who were kidnapped on April 11 from Kucheri in the state’s Tsafe Local Government Area have been freed.

The victims—seven ladies and two males—were rescued on Thursday, according to CSP Muhammad Shehu, the command’s spokesman, who was speaking to press in Gusau.

The victims were saved as a result of reliable information gained from a reliable source. The victims received medical attention at the Gusau police clinic, were then reunited with their families after police detectives had interviewed them.

He reassured the general public of the command’s sustained onslaught against the bandits and other criminal elements in the state.
