At his house in Lekki, Lagos State, Nigerian comedian Eze Sunday Odinaka, well known as Mama Uka, almost dodged death.
This was disclosed in a post on his Facebook page on May 31, 2023, according to Newsmen.
The plaster of paris (PoP) ceiling of his home fell on him, as seen in the incident footage that was posted online.
One of the individuals who assisted in rescuing Mama Uka from the rubble claimed that the incident occurred as he was laying on his bed.
The comic was hurt as well; blood was spotted around his head, and he was unable to stand before being helped away from the scene.

In other developments, controversial Nigerian singer Portable has shown his charity once more after giving food to kids from low-income families.
The singer of “Zazu Zeh” and his colleagues were seen in a video swarming the streets with his newest luxury vehicle to distribute food bags to kids.
The children were seen lining up in anticipation to retrieve their food bags from the singer’s vehicle.
After the children finished receiving their packages, the singer’s car boot was quickly emptied, which led Portable to leave with his group.
