Nigeria’s President, Bola Tinubu, signed the Student Loan Bill into law on Monday.
Dele Alake, a Federal Government spokesperson, revealed this to State House Correspondents on Monday evening.
The bill will allow Nigerian students to obtain interest-free loans.
The bill was reported to have passed second reading in the House of Representatives on May 25, 2023.
