David Adeleke, nicknamed Davido, an Afrobeats icon, has admitted that the memory of his deceased son Ifeanyi still makes him cry.
Recall In October 2022, Ifeanyi perished at Davido’s house on Banana Island.
Davido recently admitted to Omega that he still gets emotional whenever he thinks about the death of his baby.

He claimed that because of the death of his son, many had anticipated that his most recent album, “Timeless,” would have a somber tone, but he chose “bangers.”
You don’t have to see the tears in my eyes when I get up every morning because I miss him so much, he added.
“I look at myself in the mirror and I said apart from it just being about me, I know how many people love me, I know how many people are depending on me.
“My son up there is looking down at me. Apart from me being strong for his mom, which is my primary responsibility, I have to be strong for the world.”
Davido added that Ifeanyi and his own late mother, Mrs Veronica Adeleke are dancing to his songs in heaven.
