The arrest was a result of a joint operation between the Environmental Military Police, the Environmental Protection Group, and the Mangaratiba Municipal Environment Department.
Before being apprehended, Neymar Da Silva Santos reportedly got into an argument with Shayenne Barreto, Mangaratiba’s secretary of the environment.
