UPDATE: Please Release Nnamdi Kanu – Yul Edochie Begs Tinubu

Yul Edochie, a controversial Nollywood actor, has urged President Bola Ahmed Tinubu to free Nnamdi Kanu, the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, or IPOB.

Kanu has been imprisoned since he was apprehended and returned to Nigeria from Kenya two years ago.

The IPOB leader was apprehended because of his advocacy for Biafra’s independence.

Despite court orders, the Nigerian government has refused to release Kanu.
