Judge Hands Over Police Lawyer To EFCC Over Unauthorized Charges Against Sen Oduah

On Tuesday, Justice James Omotosho of the Federal High Court in Abuja handed over a police lawyer, Ibrahim Mohammed, to the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).

Mohammed is being probed for pressing criminal charges against former Aviation Minister Senator Stella Adaeze Oduah without the EFCC’s approval.
