Abdullahi Adamu, the National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), has verified that Ondo State Governor Rotimi Akeredolu is hospitalized.
Akeredolu, he claims, is in a state of “extreme incapacity.”
Adamu made the announcement on Monday in Abuja after a meeting with APC chairmen from around the country.

Akeredolu left on a 21-day leave on June 7 and was scheduled to return on July 6.
However, the governor extended his medical leave in a letter to the Ondo State House of Assembly.
Adamu said: “We regret to announce the extreme incapacity of the Governor of Ondo State, who we understand has been hospitalised overseas.
“We wish and pray for him for a speedy recovery.”
