Two kidnappers were slain in an attack at Ichida Community in the Anaocha area of Anambra State by the police command in Anambra, working with state vigilantes.
At a news conference on Wednesday in Awka, Mr. Aderemi Adeoye, the newly appointed Commissioner of Police, revealed this.
He claimed that during the incident, which happened on Tuesday at 8:13 p.m., security personnel managed to save an unharmed female victim.
