The winger for AC Milan, Samuel Chukwueze, has admitted that his Super Eagles teammate, Victor Osimhen, persuaded him to join the organization.
The Nigerian team that triumphed at the U-17 World Cup in Chile in 2015 included Chukwueze and Osimhen.
Despite the fact that Osimhen represents Milan’s opponents Napoli, who are also the reigning champions, he admitted that Osimhen had told him good things about the team.The 24-year-old revealed to Milan TV that he spoke with the Napoli forward before making his move.

“We [I and Osimhen] joked about it [my transfer to AC Milan] the last time we chatted. He [Osimhen] said, ‘Samuel, AC Milan is a very nice club. It’s the best club. Don’t hesitate to sign with them. They’re fantastic. They have good people, and their fans are amazing.
“I said, Tell me how do you feel when you are playing against them? and he said, ‘Their fans are amazing. They’re crazy about football. I said, Okay, I hope you know I’m going to win you? And he said, ‘Let’s see how it goes.”
He also revealed he spoke with ex-Milan striker Carlos Bacca, whom he played with at Villarreal before his move.
