Mr. Peter Obi, the Labour Party’s presidential candidate for the general elections in 2023, has once more lamented the rise of insecurity in Nigeria.

He said this in an effort to show his sorrow over the loss of numerous military soldiers in the tragic Air Force MI-171 Helicopter crash in Chukuba Village of Niger State.

Obi tweeted this on Thursday from his verified Twitter account.

He claims that the appalling degree of insecurity in some areas of Nigeria is not only shameful but has also continued to take Nigerian lives.

He said, “I am deeply saddened by the unfortunate crash of the Nigerian Air Force MI-171 Helicopter on a casualty evacuation mission, near Chukuba Village in Niger State.
