The Enugu Electricity Distribution Company PLC (EEDC) would like to let its valued customers in Awka, Anambra State, know that the present power outage is caused by the interruption of supply from its source of power at TCN Station, Onitsha, at around 6:53pm yesterday.
All feeders within the EEDC Awka district are currently without power as a result of this occurrence.
EEDC Attributes Power Supply Disruption In Parts Of Its Network To Rainstorm
Engineers from TCN are already scouring the lines for the source of the power outage.
As a result, we sincerely apologise to our valued clients in Awka and ask for their patience and understanding while we wait for the problem to be fixed and the electricity to be restored.
