JUST IN: Presidential Tribunal To Deliver Judgement On Peter Obi, Atiku’s Petitions On Wednesday

The Presidential Election Petition Tribunal consolidated the petitions submitted by the various political parties while providing the pre-hearing report on the petition and outlining the trial schedule, Anaedoonline.ng reported in May.

On September 6, the Presidential Election Tribunal in Abuja will rule on petitions contesting the election of President Bola Tinubu.

It was reported in May that the Presidential Election case Tribunal consolidated the petitions submitted by the various political parties while providing the trial schedule and the pre-hearing report on the case.

In order to deliver the verdicts on the same day as Peter Obi of the Peoples Democratic Party, it also reserved judgement on the petitions submitted by the Allied Peoples Movement (APM) and Atiku Abubakar of the Labour Party.

It recently denied setting September 16 as the judgement date.
