Lady Collapses At Solidarity Venue As Tribunal Delivers Judgement (Photos)

As the tribunal handed down its ruling on the cases brought up by Peter Obi and the Labour Party against President Bola Ahmed Tinubu of the All Progressives Congress, there was fear in Abuja after a woman passed out in front of the courtroom.

According to Anaedoonlin, numerous organisations are rallying in support of their chosen candidates outside the court.

The tribunal’s final decision on the presidential election petitions against Tinubu is being awaited by the peaceful protesters who are there on behalf of various interest organisations.

A copy of the report from the European Union (EU) Election Observers Mission on the 2023 presidential election that was submitted by the Labour Party (LP) and its presidential candidate, Peter Obi, has been thrown out by the Presidential Election Petition Court (PEPC).

In one of his decisions on Wednesday on the Labour Party’s lawsuit contesting President Bola Tinubu’s victory in the February 25 presidential election, Justice Abba Mohammed threw out the evidence.

According to the judge, the petitioners got the document from the registry, which was confirmed by the court’s personnel, who is not the person who had original custody of the document.

The document was not submitted by a member of the European Union Election Observers Mission, according to Justice Mohammed.
