Nyesom Wike, the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), has warned Ibrahim Aminu, the new secretary of the FCTA’s Social Development Secretariat, not to concentrate solely on his own Katsina.
Wike asked him to understand that his service is to all of Nigeria’s citizens, not only the Katsina population.
The Minister asked Aminu to support President Bola Tinubu’s ‘Renewed Hope Agenda’ and abstain from every racial and racialized bias in the performance of his official duties.

Wike clarified that the guidance applies to all FCT appointments, not only Aminu.
“Nigerians have lost hope, hence the need for the renewed hope agenda of Mr. President.
“You must not serve only people from Katsina, but all Nigerians. Bear in mind that in the end you will be held accountable. Nigerians are tired of getting excuses all the time,” Wike said as quoted by The Nation.
