Atiku claimed that the president’s supposed certificate scandal had embarrassed every Nigerian during his news conference on Thursday in Abuja.

The former vice president argued that the revelation of the truth about Tinubu’s records is not personal and that he would only give up the fight against the president after the Supreme Court’s ruling.

Atiku also paid tribute to the late human rights activist Gani Fawehinmi, stating that he was the one who set him on the route of exploration and that he may now genuinely rest in peace knowing that the work he began around 23 years ago has been successful.

Additionally, he claimed that Tinubu dispatched a group of APC governors to visit with him right after the election, but that he turned them away by claiming that he was not owed to Tinubu as was widely believed.
