VIDEO: Sunday Igboho Regains Freedom From House Arrest In Benin

After being held under house arrest and released from custody in the Benin Republic after approximately two years, embattled Yoruba nation campaigner Sunday Igboho is once again free.

According to Anaedoonline.ng, the Yoruba nation agitator was released on Sunday and has since travelled to Germany to visit his family.

Prof. Banji Akintoye, the group’s leader representing the Yoruba nation, verified the situation.

Igboho stated that he is free to return to Nigeria or travel to any other nation of his choice because he has complied with all legal requirements for his bail in an interview with the Nigerian Tribune.
