The Zamfara State governor, Dauda Lawal, has been criticised by The Arewa APC Vanguard for his call for President Bola Tinubu to resign over the Supreme Court-pending case involving his suspected certificate forgery.
The organisation claimed that Governor Dauda Lawal’s call was spiteful, inflammatory, and harmful and that it constituted contempt of court.
This information was revealed in a press release sent to journalists in Gusau, the capital of Zamfara State, by the chairman of Arewa APC Vanguard, Jonathan Audu.

The group said that because President Bola Tinubu received a sizable majority of Nigerians’ votes, he should be let to keep enacting the positive policies he has started to raise the standard of living of the average person.
Audu characterised the governor as a tool being used by the former administration’s cabals to divert attention away from President Tinubu’s excellent deeds.
” We would like to use this medium to advise Governor Dauda to concentrate on delivering his campaign promises to the displaced people of Zamfara, who are being killed, kidnapped, and raped on a daily basis by bloodthirsty bandits as a result of his consistent bad leadership style,” the statement reads.
In addition, Audu urged the people of Zamfara State to keep their spirits high and to pray because, thanks to President Bola Tinubu’s capable leadership, their suffering would soon come to an end.
