Burna Boy, a Grammy-winning artist from Nigeria, has claimed that he recently declined a $5 million offer to perform in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
He said that he declined the offer since smoking marijuana in Dubai would be prohibited.
Smoking is forbidden by Emirati legislation in Dubai’s parks, beaches, and other public recreation places.
