During the third Intra-African Trade Fair in Cairo, Egypt, the African Export-Import Bank introduced the African Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Programme as part of its Creative Africa Nexus Initiative (CANEX).
Celebrity chefs from the Caribbean and Africa took part in seminars, real-time cooking demonstrations, and discussions with culinary experts during the programme.
