Chief Edozie Njoku, the National Chairman of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA), has urged Charles Soludo, the Governor of Anambra State, to permit harmony to prevail within the party.
Njoku filed the appeal in response to a verdict on Tuesday by the Abuja High Court that rejected the Nigeria Police Force’s (NPF) accusations of forgery.
Remember that on November 22, 2022, the NPF charged Njoku and the political party’s youth leader, Chukwuemeka Nwoga, with a crime for allegedly plotting with other people to change a Supreme Court ruling that Justice Mary Peter Odili (rtd) had delivered.

Njoku claimed that Soludo has been squandering state monies battling him and dragging the party to its knees rather than investing in reviving the party that gave him the platform to become the governor of Anambra State.
He suggested that the governor let the core members of APGA to continue in the party peacefully and join the All Progressives Congress, APC, if he so desired.
Addressing reporters in Abuja, Njoku said, “Political litigation is something we’ll keep going through [in Nigeria].
“Everybody knows my case. It is not going to be perfect. It was from this court that I went and spent two days in the prison but since that day I keep saying that justice will come at last, especially when billionaires are involved.

“There’s a governor of the state who is using the state resources to unleash a war against me for what reason I don’t know. Maybe he thinks I’m not going to be a rubber-stamp who he will be controlling but he might be joking.
“He might not be serious. All I’m asking Charles Soludo to do is let us have peace in AGPA. If he wants to join APC that’s not a problem but he should allow those who believe in AGPA to settle down. I’m calling on Charles Soludo, let’s end it now.”
