by Victor Ndubuisi

On February 25, 2024, Chelsea and Liverpool will square off in the Carabao Cup final, a rematch of the 2022 championship match.

Remember that when Chelsea and Liverpool faced off in the Carabao Cup final two seasons ago at Wembley Stadium, the Red team won the cup in a penalty shootout following a score of 0-0.

An all-time high of 21 penalty kicks were exchanged between the two teams before Liverpool prevailed 11–10.

The Carabao Cup final this season will be interesting to see, especially since the majority of Chelsea’s players from the match against Liverpool are no longer with the team.
